My brand Eicher won the Best Marketing Campaign of the Year for Eicher Nayi Soch at Global Awards for Retail Excellence in Auto Retail Marketing. I'm particularly passionate about the use of consumer insight and data analysis for the purpose of decision-making; and am also a strong believer in constant experimentation and creativity for better business results. My interests include brand storytelling, consumer behavior, market research, multi-channel customer experiences, leadership, talent development and organizational culture.
