Our team successfully curated compelling content for the Bytedance's app - Lemon8. Additionally, a part of our team was dedicated to driving Lemon8's presence and engagement across diverse social media platforms.

- Team Leadership: As a team leader, I provide guidance and direction to our exceptional group, empowering them to efficiently manage content creators and influencers.

- Client Engagement: My role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our partnerships. Building and nurturing these partnerships relies on open communication, seamless collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving success.

- Progress Tracking: I take pride in closely monitoring both client objectives and the personal growth of our team members. This holistic approach ensured that we met client expectations while nurturing the talents and potential of our team.

As a Senior Creator Sales at Influencers.Club, I was one of the first to kickstart our influencer marketing efforts, creating the whole process from start to finish. That includes introducing effective email marketing campaigns, communication with creators, refining content approval, and ensuring timely payments to influencers.
