As part of the Ops team, I got to see the ins and outs of a successful sales operation at a Series A, YC start-up. My work fell within these categories:

- AI Exploration: Explored emerging AI developer tools (Llama Index, Langchain, OpenAI & Claude) to develop, test and deploy a set of tools to be used as a marketing assets. These drove the first steps towards AI-driven features in the actual product.

- Automations: Developed a set of automations to ensure sales SLA, CRM data enrichment and insight creation. An example; implemented an enrichment workflow using GPT-4 and web scrapers to identify industry and business model information on prospect accounts. This data drove strategic decisions and the development of a Sales-fit Score to optimise prioritisation in the sales team activity.

- Market Expansion: Explored the Spanish and LATAM markets securing discovery calls through targeted and personalised prospecting.

Growth (YC W20)

NETMEDIA International 

Responsible of the Social Media Activity for 11 accounts (Twitter & LinkedIn) ensuring a month-over-month growth in engagements and the implementation of efficient systems to maintain a constatnt stream of valuable content. 

Roles involved:
- Analyzing customer expectations and maturity of the industry to craft tailored social media campaigns.
- Selecting and employing automation tools for the scheduling and analisis of content.
- Defining KPIs and KRAs for each campaign.
- Automating the daily engagement with the existing and upcoming community.

Founded a Vintage Clothing Shop. Operating in various Second-Hand Marketplaces called such as Vinted or Etsy. Taking special attention and care towards Product quality selection, Product reworking, Product imagery,  Packaging/Shipping, and Customer Service.  Over 400 satisfied customers from all around Europe with an average rating of five stars. All starting in a spare room within my home :)

Shield Data is the first platform that assembles for its users a range of solutions to assert clearance and intellectuality while browsing the web. Responsible for Shield´s Marketing, Communications & Growth strategies, as well as overall branding, image and front-end designs. Successfully launched the first version of the product in May 2022 alongside a Pre-Launch Campaign.

Took care of customer support and event planning for the Furniture fair at IFEMA in Madrid. Duties included meeting with clients to discuss their needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers, and overseeing the set-up, execution, and cleanup for the event.
