- Lead and supervise Well operations (Well testing, VX, Seal maker ).
- Lead and supervise Wellhead and X’mas tree maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Lead and supervise Completion installation and Fully understand about Well control.
- Supervise Completion equipment preparation at Contractor facility and Company facility.
- Organize and arrange for necessary equipment and materials to be shipped to Wellsite.
- Ensure good communication with Completion engineer and other relevant parties regarding results / deviations from the original program.
- Coordinate among Production, Construction, Well services, Drilling, Planning departments on each operation.
- Able to expedite the operation under safe manner to maintain Objectives and Schedule.
- Understand Risks & Hazards related to operations and work environments.
- Lead and conduct Safety meeting, Hazard hunt.

- Well Integrity, Commissioning and start up
- Comply with all quality, safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position
-Support Facilitation of FAT, SIT, execute preventative & corrective maintenance and installations of oil and gas production and pressure control equipment.
-Knowledge of the gas hazardous and high-pressure work operations safety requirements and the permit to work system.
- Sufficient Knowledge in Oil and gas production technology, gathering system and pipeline operations.
- General Wellhead maintenance.
- Repair and replace internal parts of damaged valves, greasing and pressure testing with Installation of various types and sizes.
- troubleshooting and repairing of wellheads and valves per equipment specifications.
- Shutting-down Starting-up wells.
- Integrity Management of Surface installation, wellhead. Workshop Maintenance 
- Plan and prepare work permit, and risk assessment programs.
- Ability to read and lay out P & ID.
