Managed the loyalty rewards experience of our core transaction-driven Ad platform across the web, mobile, and email, so advertisers could reach millions of potential customers from over 2,000 banks and fintechs in the US and UK. I led the API and UI development teams as we grew to over 170 million monthly active users. Cardlytics acquired Dosh and Bridg 🎉

Turner's robust technology division creates unique ad-serving solutions through the design, development, and delivery of key media technologies. I served as the technical product owner for two Agile teams on four multi-billion dollar products that drove 45% of company revenue for internal customers. I worked on our Audience Monetization Solutions team, where I focused on increasing ad impression-to-sale conversion and improving monetization for Spot Scheduler, an ad placement optimization platform 👀🛍️

I also coached junior and fellow Product Owners by leading a ‘Product Council’ group that provides workshops, product demos, and guest speaker presentations to continuously improve all teams’ software development value stream.

I built the core accounting platform and guided businesses in the utility finance industry to use our Accounting product around their asset-intensive businesses. The platform helped businesses easily track and budget capital assets and project costs around their asset-intensive businesses. PowerPlan acquired Riva Modeling Systems 🎉

• Managed a 7-member Agile team as a product owner in R&D Team to implement several new features like lease reimbursables, departmental driver-based budgeting, and Collaboration Engine that grew MAU by 10X 📒
• Drove implementation strategy, process automation, technical integration of our product, which saved clients' time as much as 45% (20 hours of Excel manipulation per week) ⏱️
• Tested new functionalities using qTest ✔️
• Supported a corporate-wide collaborative documentation process using Confluence to advance the lack of product documentation that had built up over 20 years and provide in-depth training materials on product specifics 📄

Delta Air Lines

As part of the senior capstone design project @Georgia Tech, I partnered with Delta's Cabin Avionics & Interiors Engineering team where I focused on increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates. I led development and testing of a lighting control workflow application 💡, which allowed Delta maintenance engineers to easily upload and modify lighting settings to the Attendant Control Panels (ACP) for millions of customers flying Delta cabins ✈️

• Prioritized features and groomed backlog in Pivotal Tracker to deliver a smart lighting control app.
• Created functional prototypes using Balsamiq to demonstrate real user flows.

As part of the ICE group @Georgia Tech, I helped to get a lot of teen girls' interest in computing and educated them to code in a fun and friendly environment. On a mission to close the gender gap and increase the number of women in technology! 

• Introduced elementary through college students in GA public schools to computing concepts and programming languages 👩‍💻
• Led Girl Scout and Teacher workshops to get children and teachers excited about computing and robotics using LEGO Mindstorms, Alice, Scratch, Pleos, Pico Crickets, and CS Unplugged material 🤖
• Developed interactive video games in Scratch to help teach English to Haiti Community 🎮

I consulted with internal stakeholders to improve UI of the High Lift Commander application which saved data engineers countless hours of manually calculating aircraft components 📊

• Gathered pain points from internal stakeholders during discovery.
• Redesigned and developed the interactive workflow for two-dimensional plotting of multi-dimensional data (from 0 to 40 backlog items).
• Managed biweekly usability testing to enhance the process of examining numerical reliability and performance data.
