I do this by consulting leaders on workplace trends, and through leadership training, helping employees each day how to effectively navigate and thrive in today's workplace. Previously, I worked at Salesforce and Deloitte Consulting helping Fortune 500 companies use digital technology to drive organizational transformation. I'm interested in topics such as leadership, talent development, the future of work, & learning, culture, and people development.
