In the inception of Nickel Factory, recognizing the importance of effective communication, I embraced speaking roles and have since presented at events such as Zebu Live and Tech Circus. These experiences have not only honed my presentation skills but also provided a unique perspective on creating compelling materials, complemented by my design and visual communication expertise. Additionally, my role involved building and nurturing relationships with partners, culminating in a notable achievement - hosting the winner of Italy's Got Talent at one of our events. My creative repertoire extends to video content creation, a skill honed while collaborating with award-winning video production experts. I specialize in crafting engaging videos for social media, websites, and marketing purposes. During my tenure as an AI researcher at Sent Entertainment, I collaborated with diverse teams on projects aimed at enhancing business outcomes. Reporting directly to the C-suite, I provided regular updates and played a pivotal role in project evolution. My professional journey began in IT support, where I developed strong foundations in customer success and interpersonal skills. Achieving accolades such as exceeding SLAs and customer feedback reports, I was promoted to manage the support desk at the age of 19. This experience instilled in me a profound understanding of teamwork, leadership, and effective communication. An entrepreneur at heart, I've initiated various ventures, from custom LEGO soldiers to clothing businesses. Armed with a degree in Business Management with Enterprise and entrepreneurship, I have been successful both academically and professionally. As the former chair of the Institute of Directors and having worked at startups under the guidance of my Entrepreneurship lecturer, my passion and drive are directed towards contributing to innovative ventures.
