Over the past 9 years, I’ve helped some of the largest technology brands design, develop, and deliver some of the most recognized customer training and certification programs in their respective industries. I started my career working in process innovation for emerging technologies and through that journey had the opportunity to implement and identify how complex products are adopted, loved, and amplified through word of mouth and content.
