Hi, I'm Varenya (DvV), the CEO/Founder of Camphor Marketing. I'm a marketer by profession and an entrepreneur from heart. Since my childhood, I have been fascinated by business work and was always wondering how people build businesses. Soon, I realized the power of marketing and its impact/importance for a business. However, I fell in love with marketing when I started a digital service agency to help businesses go digital. My job was building websites. I picked an interest in building marketing strategies from my cousin, who was responsible for SEO for our clients. Later I took the next challenge to build a digital clothing brand which didn't go as planned. But allowed me to learn growth marketing and some spectacular marketing techniques. However, failures didn't stop me from experimenting and trying new things. In mid-2018, overtook a failed ice cream store with almost revenue less than its operating costs. I rebranded it, built brand awareness, streamlined operations, automated mundane processes, and optimized the supply chain -- which helped me reduce manufacturing costs and provide competitive pricing. With the help of marketing, we reached 10x MRR. Unfortunately, flyover construction in front of the store forced me to move my store to a different location. So I exited from it. After deciding to explore the business world in the bay area, I reached out to SJSU and got an MBA admission without any entrance tests. I studied the Start-up culture by being in the heart of Silicon Valley. I worked at Opsera, a successful SaaS start-up where I learned about new marketing automation, lead generation, branding, CRM, email marketing, social media marketing, and all the integrities of marketing. Meanwhile, I also upskilled myself, acquiring growth hacking & performance marketing knowledge from the top 1% of the industry through GrowthSchool. Later I started working at Forward Inception, a marketing agency as an intern and climbed up the ladder to become Head of operations. I helped 10+ clients develop websites, content strategies, paid ads, and much more. To provide the deserved value for the clients, I started Camphor.io. At Camphor we ignite business growth with tech-enabled marketing. We provide branding, build responsive websites, 360 marketing strategies, create social media content, design AR filters, 3D design services, and more.
