As the Head Of Internal Audit at TRANS-OIL Group of Companies, I oversee the audit function of a successful agro-industrial group with presence in Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Switzerland, with operations in oilseed crushing, grain handling, and trading. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards, as well as providing assurance and advisory services to the senior management and the board of directors. With over 10 years of experience in internal audit, I have developed strong competencies in risk reporting, process design, business risk and controls, SOX implementation, and credit and collection. I have led and managed audit teams across multiple geographies and business units, delivering high-quality audit reports and recommendations that improved operational efficiency, financial performance, and governance. I am also a qualified ACCA member, with a background in business administration and management. My mission is to create value for the organization by enhancing its risk management, control, and governance processes.
