Accounts Receivable Associate

• Responsible for the creation, booking, timely and accurate submission of customer legal documents for EMEA countries, response to disputes and managing root cause to ensure positive cash flow
• Keep all assigned tools and systems updated with accurate information for multiple AR processes
• Keep on minimum level AR open items defined with KPIs and within targets
• Creating specific AR reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO for frictionless enablement of AR activities (along with SAP FICO error- proofing and fixing issues) 
• Responsible for mapping & leading new projects, implementation and process changes, solving all problems concerning countries assigned within this role
• Co- working on insourcing of all countries transitioning for AR and AP activities
• Writing working instructions 
• Organizing and leading trainings for colleagues & providing additional support when needed
• AR cash allocation (bank statement and remittance reconciliation)
• AP booking of documents and payment run/ allocation
• Clearing in the system

Invoicing Specialist

Responsible for performing reconciliation analysis for EMEA countries that included verifying and comparing P2P and O2C sides to:
 - enable proper payment to suppliers
 - enable proper billing of services to the client before services became obsolete
• Executing corrective actions according to the previously performed reconciliation analysis
• Detecting, reporting, and eliminating irregularities/ discrepancies
• Supporting invoicing process, implementation and daily/ monthly update of services, recalculation and orders validation

Financial Analyst

•	Being responsible for leading and coordinating a health cards project 
•	Procurement of all materials needed for the production of health cards
•	Communicating with suppliers and drivers to improve the procurement efficiency as well as to decrease the time needed for delivery
•	Closely communicating with patients and updating the patients' database with the latest and most relevant data
•	Escalating patients' complaints to higher instances to improve patients' satisfaction rate
•	Creating weekly and monthly reports regarding the project’s progress and performance
•	Identifying new opportunities and improving existing practices to improve this process effectiveness and KPIs
•	Cooperating with other departments and updating them on the project’s progress
