I joined Groov (previously Mentemia) during New Zealand's first COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 to work on one of the most pressing issues during this time of crisis; 'Mental Wellbeing'.  

My job was to look after our first dozen foundational enterprise customers and set up the Customer Success foundation at Groov, select and re-fine the support tech stack, process and strategy of the first growth phase of the company.
