•	Installation of Semi-Unitized, Unitized Curtain Wall, Spider Glazing, Cat Ladder, Stainless Steel Railings, Balustrades, Aluminium Doors, Windows, Screens, Louvers, Patch Fitting Doors, Glass Partitions, Skylight, Canopies, Pergola, Automatic, Revolving & Steel Doors with Gates.
•	To Prepare All the Door Keys with Tags Handover to the Main Contractor as per Consultants Request for handing over in a professional manner to the Client.

Site Engineer

Zebian Aluminium and Glass Industries L.L.C

I arranged shop drawing submittal as per contractor and consultants comments, arranged materials from stores, release the site measurement for doors and windows and curtain walls and also coordinate with main contractor for clearance of work from their side and arrange third party certificate for cradles installed at site. Maintaining daily report of manpower, work done and submission of Inspection Requests for Incoming Materials and Installed ones. Maintain Documentation of the projects. Maintaining log sheets of Shop Drawing Submittals, Approvals, Materials... Track the progress of work on daily basis at site. Follow up on materials from the factory. To check the progress of work at site follows the program of schedule submitted if their is any delay inform Project Manager.

Horizon Aluminium Industries L.L.C 

•	To ensure site personnel are used effectively and are working safely in respect of themselves and any third parties.
•	In the absence of a project manager, to be the company’s representative and to receive instruction from the main contractor, coordinating as necessary with the main contractor’s team and other third party personnel.
•	To control and maintain site materials their distribution and safekeeping.
•	To produce and keep safe site records including daily site diary, records of attendance, weather conditions, discussions relevant to the works.
•	To communicate with the project manager on the status of materials deliveries from the factory – in particular deviations from plan, delays, shortages, damage.
•	To ensure adequate stock of materials consumables is maintained.
•	To be responsible to and take instructions from the project manager.
•	To check and ensure that the installation works are maintained level, vertical and dimensionally in accordance with the design.
•	Filing the Inspection Request for the completed works.
•	Coordinating with Engineers and Consultants for the inspections and site related issues.
•	Updating the documents regarding material, shop drawings and inspection request status.
•	Check and Ensuring that the installation of Balustrades, Handrail and Aluminium units are as per approved shop drawings.
•	To prepare invoice of sub-contractors as per request from Project Manager.
•	To prepare daily manpower, machine and progress report and submit for Contractor & Consultant’s review.
•	To prepare balance glass list to be installed at site.
•	Handing over of the site with snag list attended for the aluminium and cladding works.

Shapoorji Palloonji Fabricators Private Limited   

•	Check drawings and quantities and ensuring that the structural openings are accurate for the work to proceed.
•	Maintaining documentation of the project.
•	Submitting of shop drawings, MAR form, Sample Board for approval and follow up with the clients. 
•	To be fully acquainted with the drawings and specifications of the project.
•	To ensure that works are installed strictly according to drawings and details and to advise the design team on any changes required.
•	Responsible for the proper co-ordination and execution of projects.
•	Liaising with the Engineers/Consultants.
•	Monitoring the progress at the site and reporting the same to the office and ensuring timely and successful completion of the project.
•	Capable of independently handling site supervision.
•	Installation of Semi-Unitized, Unitized and Conventional Curtain Wall Glazing, Aluminium Doors, Windows, Louvers, Patch Fitting Doors, Skylight Glasses of Atrium, Perimeter channels and Automatic Doors.
•	Executing the Spider Glazing works and Kiosk (Security Cabin).
•	Getting Approval from Architects as per the Asbuilt drawings and ensuring work carried out as per drawings and with quality.
•	Insulating the FFL, Beams and side wall Gaps with Smoke seal, Rockwool and ACP Flashing.
•	Take Site Measurements for the openings ready and give site dimensions for the Flashings as per site condition.
•	Testing for water Leakages and Handing over of the site with Quality Controller and Consultants.
•	Quantification and Certification of Contractor’s bills as per site works done.
•	Attending Snag list given by Client and final handing over of project elevation and floor wise with the Client in all respects.

Emar Enterprises ABC Company (ALFAB) 

•	Giving material requirements at the site as per drawings and Sub-contractor’s work.
•	Coordinating with the head-office and stores for timely delivery of required materials at the site.
•	Allocating resources and getting the site ready for the execution of work on time.
•	Updating the Elevation drawings as per the site work done and maintaining the daily progress report at the site.
•	Coordinating with Project Manager, Engineers and Contractor’s for clearance of work from their part.
•	Coordinating with Design department and implementing the changes as per site condition and client’s requirements.
•	Installation of Structural Glazed single and double glazed panels, Aluminum Sliding Windows, Doors and Casement Windows.
•	Completion of project as per time schedule including Structural Glazing and Alco Panel Cladding.
