Unosquare provides IT consulting, focused on banking sector by building web and mobile applications.

As PM I´m responsible for R&D projects, controlling the agenda and providing guidance to the team on Agile methodologies. Some of the projects include: 

•Manage Salesforce team projects, including the integrations with other elements.
•The merge of 2 companies (regional bank to national bank), adapting security systems and migrating customer databases. Also working with vendors to ensure the service does not have any interruption.
•Work with Scrum teams to deliver software development for banking services, as the implementation of Docusign for the banking client.
•Guide R&D team in Guadalajara site to implement Agile methodology while creating an internal tool, adding the Scrum practices and tools to the activities.

AstraZeneca

Astra Zeneca is an ambitious startup in Guadalajara, with the opening of a global service center that considers 400 resources over a period of 18 months, where process migration is required.

Among the main achievements are:

•	I was responsible to run the commercial portfolio in sourcing with +50 FTEs and 8 different LOB´s. transferring the knowledge from both vendors and Chennai site to Guadalajara.
•	Lead the sign off meetings to get approval from Directors from Chennai and Guadalajara teams.
•	I prepared the documentation required for the project through PMI methodology
•	Controlled 52 projects as portfolio staff for RDI account implementing the process to report monthly status thru tools as Clarity and Qlikview dashboard, reducing reporting time by 50%.

Softtek

I was part of the team responsible for migrating servers during HP separation into two new companies (HP Enterprises & HP Inc).

The work includes coordination with different teams and resolution of setbacks that are presented, by identifying the corresponding stakeholders and communicating with teams in different countries.

Accomplishments:
•	Fully migrated over 50 bundles by coordinating the platform support teams.
•	Reduce the migration time 20% process by stablishing the agenda for Houston – Chennai – Guadalajara support teams.
•	Hosted the meetings for proposing the shifts and work around solutions for hard bundles.

IT Project Manager

HCL Technologies

I was part of 2 main projects for HCL. First during a migration process for an insurance company in LatAm, stablishing a Shared Services Center, and later for a support center for a US company, covering over 150 resources.

During this activity, my main achievements were:
•	Completed the migration for 6 different LOB´s, fully documented (flowcharts, SIPOC, SOP´s), etc.
•	Provided the training for +20 FTE´s to perform the migrated processes.
•	Prepare and lead the weekly report meeting for stakeholders with project documentation tracking (WPL, RAID).
•	Stablish and documented the process of new joiners for the USAA account.
•	Save 25% on transportation cost, by implement shift schedule to drive MOD´s from hotel to office (Minerva site).

TCS is one of the main IT vendors in Jalisco, and I was part of the first wave for a big project that has growed up to 2,000 TFE´s.

Achievements reached:
•	Create the process material (flow charts, SOP´s, templates) for the new LOB´s.
•	Process confidential data within 97% effectiveness.
•	Quality control for 4 FTE´s from my team.

Customer service expert with more than 10 years of experience, I have knowledge of Project Management based on the PMI Methodology within the PMP, SAFe and CSM certifications applied in global environments for Shared Services Centers, and Software Development teams.

With a bachelor´s degree as Attorney focused on contractual relations and negotiation, and a Masters in Administration and management, I can offer my experience as PM in global projects with multi cultural teams.
