Worked on cutting-edge projects within the  Innovation and Emerging Technologies department, contributing to the research and development of BMW's plant digital twin.
• Successfully improved the point cloud annotation extension in Omniverse by creating a feature that automates the alignment of synthetic assets with real ones significantly enhancing the efficiency of annotating point cloud scenes.
• MLOPs: Collected, processed, and labeled real point clouds from BMW plant scans, developed python scripts for data mixing and visualization, prepared datasets, trained various ML models, and conducted experiments to evaluate model performances.
• Engaged in advanced research on self-supervised machine learning architectures for 3D object detection on point clouds and proposed a new architecture for self-supervised models inspired by GeoMAE and IJEPA.
• Explored the potential of synthetic data in improving ML models' performance through the SORDI.ai project, a collaboration with Google Cloud and NVIDIA.

• Analysed and addressed client needs, with a primary focus on driving digital transformation solutions.

• Directed the exploration and analysis of software solutions available in the market to match client needs for the digitization and optimization of internal processes.
• Succeeded in enhancing the operational efficiency at Esserci by digitalizing internal processes, with a specific emphasis on HR management, budgeting and reporting.

• Conducted competitor analysis and provided insights to enhance the company's sales strategy in Europe.
• Collaborated with the client to identify and establish new partnerships with exhibition centers in Italy, such as Milano Fiere, and recommended potential partnerships in other European countries to drive expansion.
• Assisted the client in identifying and connecting with potential sales agents and business developers to expand their network.
