My biggest professional obsession is building products and brands that deliver unparalleled value to people. For 10+ years, I’ve led cross-functional efforts in marketing, growth, product innovation, and commercial strategy across B2B and B2C - launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them internationally across Europe, APAC, and the U.S.. (Nailed some and failed some, but learned a lot along the way.) I specialize in community-led growth, where the community is a vital part of the experience, creating compounding benefits for both users and the company. As proven by the likes of Notion, Figma, and Duolingo, it’s the most cost-effective (and most fun!) way to grow. I now serve as an advisor and interim VP to community-led companies. Previously, I was part of the Senior Leadership Team and one of the first hires at Social+ (B2B PaaS), where I led strategy, then go-to-market, and later demand generation through Series B. I also led a consulting team advising 100+ clients, including Noom, Harley-Davidson, and Ferrari, on leveraging social/community features (chat, feeds, groups..) to engage 25M+ users and drive revenue. Before that, I launched new business models for Thailand’s first fintech unicorn, TrueMoney, across 5 Southeast Asian markets and built sourcing operations in China for a major Thai e-commerce platform (acquired). I started my career in Asia, and it will always hold a special place in my heart! Outside of work, my biggest obsessions are people, travel, great food, and my health.
