I'm also a business and technical writer interested in creativity, innovation, and technology. • I've launched and managed innovation programs for 30+ high-profile clients, including pharmaceutical, food, and consumer goods companies (AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, General Mills, Pepsi, P&G, Roche, Syngenta), government agencies (NASA), and nonprofit organizations (Prize4Life, Rockefeller Foundation). • I've created innovation roadmaps and process flowcharts for government TCOs and private innovation funds in several countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine). • I hold a PhD in genetics and have experience in the development of protein drugs for the treatment of rare genetic diseases. • I am co-editor of "Corporate Explorer Fieldbook: How to Build New Ventures in Established Companies" (published by Wiley in August 2023), describing tools, methodologies, and techniques to build successful, market-ready ventures within existing organizations. • I wrote a book, "We the People of the Crowd," a collection of real-life stories about crowdsourcing derived from my experience working with corporate and nonprofit clients. • I write Innovation Observer blog (https://innovationobserver.com/) which focuses on factors boosting creativity and socioeconomic conditions affecting innovation.
