As part of the Wallet Team I contributed into monitoring, supporting and implementing new features into the Core of the Rewards, Bonus and Transactions History solutions. I led the redesign of Rewards to decouple it from frameworks and make the code base testable.
Since our systems are transaction intensive it required intelligent messaging, idempotence and caching. I implemented integrations with Kafka and RabbitMq.
I built Team City build pipelines and I managed Octopus releases.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsible for the Microservices Architecture adopted by Banco Olé Consignado (Acquired by Santander Bank). I designed, created proofs of concept and evaluated the applications architecture, which uses .NET Core, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and runs as Docker containers on Linux. With this approach, the bank increased the deployment rate several times, and the smaller services allowed the bank to create new products faster. To create a productive environment for Microservices I needed to setup Continuous and Delivery Integrations (CI/CD) on Visual Studio Online, Docker Hubs and Linux servers.
As this technologies and practices were new to the team I trained them on DDD, SOLID, and Docker and established code review.  With this big improvement, the team was able to create software that are more adaptable and based on Event Sourcing and more scalable with Kafka, MongoDB and Azure.

I had hands-on work on Webparts, Workflows, Custom Features and Javascript. I established code review and a collaborative environment to improve software quality. Database design and Web development guided by tests. The client main was the public sector and the solution had high performance and scalable requirements so I invested on caching and CQRS.

As a .NET Architect Consultant I designed solutions for the Aviation and the Banking sectors. For Líder Aviação, I designed a self service application so customers can order services right from their hangar. These applications were built with ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, and Android. There were projects for the Banco Bonsucesso (Acquired by Santander) which uses Microsoft Biztalk and SOA.
