I am a Norwegian with more than 30 years in Software and IT & Technology mainly. Founder of more than 10 tech-companies during this period and two IPO`s. One with Induct AS and one with InfoStream ASA (initial public offering (IPO) or stock market launch) at OSE - Oslo Børs. Member of the management team and CEO and responsible for sales, budget and forecasting for the Oil&Gas division in Stavanger. Through organic growth and acquisitions I personal gain a lot of experience, working a in fast growing organization. Company sold to Integra SA in 2000. My latest startup, before My Voice AI, was Peanuts AS Experience in sales and marketing, business- and strategy development, funding, budget&finance and building culture and organizations. Organization where people want to work and can create.In addition I have been active and involved in due diligence processes and acquisitions of other companies. The last 10 years also, founder of Grunnsteinen AS, a company working with real-estate development in Norway and Germany. Mainly in commercial buildings and industrial parks. Last years i have also been involved in Norwegian Red Cross and helping young entrepreneurs through StartUp Weekend, Ungt Entreprenørskap and beeing mentor for young motivated entrepreneurs.
