RUNWAY is an award-winning financial innovation firm and the home of reparative capital. Reparative capital is the practice and deployment of capital to heal, repair and restore historical harm, specifically for Black communities in the United States.

As the Communications Associate, I’m a member of the Narrative Strategy Circle, a small and mighty team that operates as an internal creative agency. We are meaning-makers, savvy storytellers, passionate power builders and intentional creative producers. We make magic happen!

Liberation Partners Co-Op

In-house storytelling strategist for Liberation Partners Co-Op, a BIPOC-led (Black, Indigenous, and people of color-led) cooperative of strategists, creatives, and facilitators dedicated to advancing liberation-centered frameworks through culture, care, and community. We work across borders and sectors and  partner with movement leaders, narrative strategists, and social change institutions to align storytelling, data, and infrastructure around the values of equity, care, and cultural resilience. With over 10 decades of combined experience, our team has delivered transformative engagements in philanthropy, civil society, public policy, and media—prioritizing inclusion of those historically and structurally excluded from decision-making, visibility, and accountability setting.

Year Up Bay Area empowers young adults to kickstart professional careers in a single year via an intensive IT education and internship program. I was hired as a ProInspire Fellow, a highly-selective fellowship program for early career professionals interested in the social sector.

My accomplishments include securing a press hit on the front page of the San Francisco Chronicle, interviewing in Spanish on Latino community TV and radio, and serving as a trusted advisor to six students. I was also an active member of the Diversity & Cultural Competency Committee where I created, facilitated workshops and programming around diversity & inclusion.
