Recruiting Lead for Amazon PH's Corporate and Professional Hiring Team. Led a
team of 3 recruiters and a marketing lead in fulfilling Amazon's growth requirements in
the fields of Technology, Shared Services, and Finance Operations, especially during
the COVID-19 hiring season.

Worked with Finance and Headcount Planners to come up with the Philippine
professional ramp plan and advised senior-level leaders (both in the Philippines and
regionally) about hiring best practices.
