Don’t control chaos (aka other people), control your next move

If you try to control chaos, you will fail. 

Imagine a huge tornado rushing towards your town. It’s there, somewhere around you, but you cannot control exactly where it goes.

Some people are just like that. You can try to give them direction, tasks, and training, and yet, they still make mistakes and create chaos.

Clear communication = desired results.

Yes and no. People don’t always understand each other well enough to move in the same direction.

So, eliminate expectations and stop focusing on predictions. All you can do is:

Control YOUR next move.

The more you understand your reactions and typical actions, the better and calmer you will be able to react.
