traceless materials is a circular bioeconomy scale-up, and we offer a novel solution to tackle plastic pollution: traceless® materials. Based on plant residues of the agricultural industry, traceless® is naturally compostable, climate-friendly, certified plastic-free and designed to for the biological cycle. Based in Hamburg, Germany, our growing female-founded team unites many disciplines and ten nationalities - all driven by our common vision: To help create a future free of pollution and waste!

Head of Marketing

AEB software supports the global trade and logistics processes of businesses in the industrial, commercial, and service sectors. More than 7,000 customers are using AEB solutions in 80 countries for shipping, transport and warehouse management, customs clearance, import and export management, sanctions list screening, and export controls. AEB’s portfolio extends from ready-to-go software products from the cloud to a tailored but highly adaptive logistics platform.

AEB has more than 600+ employees worldwide. The software company has its head office and on-site data centers in Germany and international offices in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and the United States.

My task as Head of Strategic Marketing were:
- Responsible for the marketing strategy in the Customs division
- Development of the Go-To-Market strategy for the realignment of Customs 2030 in two market units (Tier 2 and Parcel)
- Campaign management for new target groups, new markets, new internal and external structures
- Customer journey and persona definition incl. validation through customer interviews
- Support for strategic partnerships
