Despite being an expert in my field, I did not feel I was able to bring any meaningful change. Only after I joined the largest energy producer in Australia, I learned about the opportunity and project realization lifecycle and opportunity framing workshops that made a huge impact on my work and life. I learned that when you bring the right people together, at the right time, with the right tools, for the right reasons, the change can happen easily. I spent 10 years facilitating strategic alignment and engagement workshops for leadership groups, projects teams and communities helping them to bring a meaningful change. In 2020, my family relocated to Texas and then Florida and I am committed to helping groups collaborate, plan, strategize and make decisions better.
