Coaching For Everyone (CFE), a 501c3 non-profit organization, operates with two forward-thinking missions. The first is to offer complimentary coaching and leadership support to traditionally underserved and under-resourced Black, Latinx, and Indigenous populations. The second is to offer a coaching fellowships to working BIPOC professionals interested in becoming a certified coach. Coaching for Everyone (CFE) was founded because too many people of color do not have the mentoring and coaching they need to activate their potential. CFE has launched a campaign to coach 100 people of color in its first year at no cost, and to fund scholarships so that more people of color can become certified coaches. CFE is dedicated to adding to the face of the coaching industry by training the next generation of BIPOC coaches. We not only believe that coaching should be accessible to everyone, we also feel the urgency to diversify the coaching demographic. By increasing this presence of diverse identities and life experiences in the coaching community, we feel we will enrich the field of coaching and bring necessary perspectives to our collective transformation and growth. As a world educator,and leadership development professional Victor values the importance in making a sustainable contribution in such a way that it broadens the world horizon of business, educators, and international leaders. It is a value of Victor’s, that leaders promote international understanding, contribute to the development of resources so that other emerging business leaders and community members are better equip to meet major challenges of our time, to lead their clients about in the world. This value has been present in his work with leaders at organizations including,Linkedin, Echolab, Mental Health Center of Denver and Council for Opportunity in Education, KingsView Behavior Health to name a few. J. Victor McGuire, Ph.D. received his doctorate from Colorado State University in Curriculum and Instruction, to be followed by a collective of universities professorships for the next 20 years. Victor is a popular keynote speaker and presenter at national/international conferences and has authored and published books on education and leadership. He is the author of the most recent books, Conversations About Being a Teacher and No Negatives, A Teens Guide to Leadership and Service.
