The common thread in my career is the combination of engineering and commerce. I am very handy and have been curious about how things work from a young age. For this reason, I spent the first years of my career working as a mechanic. From that technical foundation, I transitioned into commerce. First as an inside sales representative and then as a sales engineer, where I developed essential sales skills and a customer-focused mentality. As a sales support manager and sales & product manager, I have led a team and optimized sales processes. The above has paved the way for my current role as Product Manager at Spirotech. Here, I combine my technical knowledge, sales experience, and strategic insight to develop and market products that meet customer needs and help achieve company objectives. My unique value lies in my ability to speak the language of both technicians and commercial teams, build bridges, and promote collaboration to achieve common goals. This broad experience allows me to view product development processes from multiple perspectives, resulting in innovative and successful product launches. In addition to my interest in developments in my field, I also like to work on my personal development. I have studied Commercial Economics part-time at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, I enjoy reading books on a variety of non-fiction topics, and I take various courses related to my position. As soon as the situation allows - when my children are a bit older - I would like to pursue a part-time Master's in Business Administration.
