Messaging is the most ubiquitous form of communication in the world today.  Whether it's SMS texting, consumer messaging apps, or the Internet of Things, messaging is critical.  The future of messaging lies with Rich Content Services (RCS), the extension of IoT communications to the end customer, and messaging for critical emergencies, healthcare, and financial channels.  My goal is to bring the future of communication forward for AT&T enterprise customers.  I have been proud to support the AT&T Messaging Team in this capacity since 2009 and have become a leader for Messaging technologies and development within AT&T.

Key responsibilities:
•	Product Management and technical expert for AT&T Advanced Messaging Solutions
 •	Form critical partnerships with messaging industry leaders and solutions
•	Develop product sales plans and positioning in the marketplace.
•	Actively study and communicate market and product-level competitive information.

Strategic Market Development & Senior Product Manager - AT&T Advanced Messaging Solutions

Lead mobility applications support for a team of government account sales group in the Western US.  Assist in advanced mobile solutions for state, local, and federal agencies.  SME for remote cellular systems, messaging services, secure communications, and mobile device management.

- Coordinated across internal applications and services teams to gather SME's for difficult customer programs.  
- Identify strong sales opportunities withing the government agencies for multi solution offers. 
- Analyze market data to understand market trends in government.  
- Form partnerships with customer 'influencers' to build stronger business relationships.

Our government account team consistently lead the nationwide seller teams in terms of revenue and sales targets for 3 years.  This position lead to an expertise in Messaging which I supported concurrently, eventually leading to my current position as an expert in Messaging Solutions with AT&T.

Mobility Applications Consultant - Government 

Brunswick Boat Group

Supply Chain Strategy and Management for 28 different Boat Brands.  Including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Bayliner, Trophy, and many more leading boat brands. (I was rehired in 2008 and had worked with US Marine/Bayliner previously)

Manage supply chain strategies for suppliers located worldwide.  Traveled to manufacturing locations to resolve manufacturing issues with key supplier components. In some cases, travel to supplier locations to negotiate and resolve business, contractual, or legal issues in order to continue production.

Massive economic downturn virtually ceased sales and production at the company for a significant amount of time in late-2008.  I moved to AT&T.

Supply Chain Strategy and Management

Intermec by Honeywell

Develop and manage complex international supply chain contracts for Intermec Technologies.  Negotiate new product manufacturing contract and manage suppliers with manufacturing complex assemblies and products.  Managed suppliers and traveled worldwide, including Japan, Taiwan, China, Estonia, Russia, Sweden, and Germany.  Coordinate with Buyers, Legal Staff, and Leadership regarding key contracts and high value, international impacts to the business.

International Supply Chain Development

Philips

Manage commodities and companies worldwide.  Coordinate and manage suppliers had challenges to supply products for the Philips Sonicare and Norelco brands.  Negotiate long-term contracts for strategic components, including complex electro-mechanical assemblies, contract manufacturing, power supplies and battery systems.  Worked in Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Singapore,  Japan, China, Taiwan.
