We use our technology to connect companies with digital specialists & automatically monitor/audit activity on an ongoing basis.

We also directly run campaigns ourselves, again using our technology to support, depending on what looks like the best fit for your use case.

Our platform connects into Google, Meta & Microsoft ad platforms, as well as Google Analytics, and pulls over 20 reports daily to automatically analyse performance, highlight problems & proactively suggest solutions.

•	Reporting into the Performance Marketing and Traffic Manager for M&S Digital, worked across all digital marketing channels understanding how they work together to deliver the critical ecommerce commercial targets during the peak retail quarter for M&S
•	Worked across numerous analytical tools such as Omniture to understand current traffic and commercial trends across channels, flagging risks to the team and supporting a change in tactic to ensure targets were hit

I worked for 12 weeks at Grant Thornton in Madrid, Spain. I was an intern in the Advisory Department. My main responsibilities were related to M&A, these included:
•	Preparing reports on potential clients and targets
•	Helping to prepare pitches for clients in PowerPoint featuring deep analysis of their sector
•	Speaking directly with CEOs, CFOs, M&A directors etc. to gauge interest in potential     transactions and pitch our client´s profile 
•	Using Excel to maintain an organized and detailed record of contact with firms
•	Translations
•	Data input
•	Any other work required of me (revisions, taking notes during conference calls etc.)
Despite a portion of my work being in English, the only language spoken at work was Spanish so my working language skills developed significantly.

Intern

Instituto para el Deporte y la Recreación de Sabaneta

I worked for 12 weeks at the Instituto para el Deporte y la Recreación de Sabaneta in Sabaneta, Medellín, Colombia. I was an intern in the Communications department where I was responsible for designing campaigns (such as a water saving initiative) with graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I was also responsible for completing administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. I also helped organise football and other sports tournaments and events promoting a healthy lifestyle. I also ran a feedback scheme for these events and analysed forms in order to improve the customer experience. All of my work and interactions with colleagues was in Spanish, further developing my language skills

Jack is a seasoned digital marketer & team builder, with eight years of experience working across digital campaigns & client management. He’s got varied, hands-on experience across Facebook, Google, Microsoft & other ad platforms, all acquired whilst launching, building and growing a new performance paid social team within a wider agency. 

This hands-on experience of working with clients & partners on a daily basis, has given him a deep experience of the problems facing the digital industry and a real drive to solve them.
