I apply my passion for making a positive change in the world to the complex challenges faced by the health sector. With over 10 years of experience in health consulting, program management, and business development, I have developed a holistic approach to systemic design and policy, structural enablers, service design and implementation, and stakeholder engagement. I advise agencies on opportunities for improvement and reform, ultimately creating greater outcomes for the community. I am committed to improving the mental health and well-being of our communities. I use my lived experience alongside my professional expertise to address systemic barriers and look for opportunities for innovation and improvement. My focus areas include mental health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community reform, where I leverage my experience in previous roles at KPMG, as the Program Director of The Banksia Project, a mental health charity. I have also worked alongside First Nations communities in Inner Sydney and Western Sydney, as well as in remote communities in the Northern Territory and Western Australia developing and implementing youth wellbeing, governance and support services.
