Data is inescapable in this modern life no matter what business you’re in. There are so many insights to derive from your organization’s data but first you need someone who’s able to listen, ask the right questions, and deeply understand your data story. That’s where I come in. In college I studied economics and business analytics and thrived in statistical analysis and the theories of economics. In team projects I contributed by running hypothesis tests and regressions with Excel, R, and Python. I would lead my team to decide the most relevant variables to test our theories and use web scraping or datasets on Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) to obtain the best data. My drive stems from a genuine interest in understanding the intricacies of organizational structures and identifying areas for improvement. I thrive on connecting with people, listening to their experiences, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face. This blend of empathy and analytical prowess allows me to offer meaningful insights that can positively impact operational efficiency and workplace morale.
