•	Developed and implemented the core skills that were acquired from both peers and recurring experiences, allowing me to comfortably speak to a wide range of people, enabling me to build great rapport with my customers.
•	Consulting customers regarding their needs and wants and determining what can be provided within their investment budget, generating just under £2 million for the business during my employment.
•	Supervised new employees and allowed them to also take on the skills learned over my time and how to use the software, as well as how to deal with responses from more impolite customers, allowing for a conversation to take off.
•	Continued the development of teamwork skills in a professional setting.

J.P. Morgan & The Forage Investment Banking Virtual Work Experience

Santander UK

This work experience was held by Santander which involved a range of interactive tasks with the hosts along with teamwork tasks that they had set for us to actively collaborate on. I met many other employees who work in the bank and they went in-depth in their professional fields which consisted of project management, time management, Sustainability in banking, financial crime, excel shortcuts used in banking, accounting and personal finance which I found very beneficial. We were set a main teamwork task that involved creating a product that fits alongside the four pillars of sustainability to be pitched in front of Santander employees who work in corporate and commercial. While executing this task, I demonstrated my teamwork skills as I am open to ideas. I was also able to develop my organisation skills while working in a group. This had to be done within the week so all of this had to be done while working to a deadline that was set.
