My role as a fibre broadband engineer at jersey telecom consisted of fibre to the home installations from the exchanges to the customers property. Qualified in fibre splicing, fibre jointing and OTDR testing. Migrating  ADSL broadband customers on to the new Fibre network - I have worked across all 4 departments: 

SDU- fibre to the home installations. 

MDU- fibre pre prep for multi units. 

Enterprise- fibre to the business installations.

Network audit/tester- Fibre Spine Build across the island - OTDR testing and fibre faulting from exchange to relevant areas.
