As Senior Technical Lead for the utilities unit in Forest Hill office , Mr. Whisted' s primary role is in QA/QC.  Mr. Whisted provides design mentoring and review for the project engineers to maintain efficient and effective design projects. This level of collaboration and communication minimizes design as well as agency review times. 
Secondly, Mr. Whisted also provides technical construction plan and  specification review and approval for the Town of North East, Maryland

Royal Farms is a privately owned chain of convenience stores headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. The company currently operates 184 stores throughout  Maryland ,Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia. Most  of our stores  provide our  "World Famous Chicken", gasoline and car wash services sold on premises.
As Senior Corporate Engineer and part of Royal Farms Real Estate Development and Construction Team, Mr. Whisted is responsible for the site development and re-development process of new and existing stores throughout our current locations in and future markets. Mr. Whisted provides oversight and management of local and regional professional engineering and geotechnical firms. Mr. Whisted provides site development and selection strategies and requirements, consultant administration, review and approval of all site development plans and specifications, store rehabilitation and renewal processing. He plays an integral role in all of our design projects, facilitating project development, planning, environmental constraints analysis, zoning and regulatory requirements, engineered design and permit approvals. Mr. Whisted is responsible for consultant interaction and management. His experience in site design,  site construction management, site assessment and inspection allows for seamless conflict resolution and successful projects. Mr. Whisted’s interaction with governmental agencies, municipalities as well as public presentations insures complete confidence for project approval and acceptance.
