ensuring compliance with regulators. Processing payments via SWIFT (MT199, MT202) along with
SEPA/ Direct Debits throughout the day. Manage the administrative staff and train new hires on
office policies and procedures. Then in August of 2017 promoted again to Payments Specialist
working as part of a smaller team with various departments to streamline vendor payment
processes and improve the financial health of the company. Funding correspondent banks in
countries where we had no presence. Linking banks internally via the Global Banking System using
SWIFT codes. Writing operating procedures for the teams.

T-Scape is a software development and consultancy services company that provides pre and post trade settlement solutions to its clients in the securities market place.

In exchange for an education in all things securities processing, I provide assistance as required. Tasks performed include: cold-calling for the sales/business development team (and follow-up reporting), marketing (we are currently reviewing how the company could utilise social media to assist the marketing effort), software support (monitoring e-mails, responding to clients and escalating to relevant support person for non-UK clients) and varied administration duties.

The company acts as a sales outlet for the supply of plastics, chemicals and other such items to organisations such as transport companies, schools, restaurants and similar.
My role was to develop the business, primarily through tele-sales/cold calling. Sometimes call lists would be provided (depending upon type of sale), and these would be worked through on an ongoing basis. If no call list provided, I would do the necessary research to generate a call list and deliver sales accordingly.
