Helped founders make strategic decisions by making the complicated uncomplicated. We distilled complex data into clear insights, putting them at founders' fingertips. The business was formed from our own frustrations with data integrity and the time we'd wasted checking numbers and digging for answers.

We closed up shop in mid-2023 to pursue new ventures, but simplifying data remains a core theme in my work.

The fastest-growing health app ever. Sweatcoin works by converting your steps into currency that can be spent on products and services in the app. With 40+ million users, Sweatcoin is trying to change the world one step at a time. At Sweatcoin, my key achievements were:
👉 Built a largely automated customer success function, processing 2,000+ weekly support requests
👉 Established the marketing function of the business which included owning social media, website, blog, community forum and email marketing 
👉 Developed a process for efficient user sentiment gathering and reporting, that informed data-driven product development and business improvements

Head of Marketing & Customer Success

Wirex

UK based FCA-licenced global digital payment platform, that lets users seamlessly spend their digital and traditional currencies in real life. At Wirex, my primary responsibilities were: 
👉 Lead, develop, implement and analyse all multi-channel CRM projects and campaigns spanning email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messages
👉 Lead, develop, implement and analyse user onboarding multi-variant, multi-channel campaigns to maximise user retention, payback period and user journey
👉 Define and implement the CRM strategy for the business, working closely with the marketing, operations, compliance, product and design teams to build engaging CRM campaigns
👉 Lead and manage the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and Discord

Conceptd

Conceptd was a Melbourne based digital agency focusing on two key functions:
👉 Idea validation and concept testing for startups & small businesses
👉 Development and implementation of performance-focused digital strategies for early-stage startups

We built data-driven frameworks to help fledgling businesses determine their strategic digital objectives, pre and post-launch, and delivered results that maximised the upside, whilst reducing financial exposure. 

The agency was closed when I moved to London.

• Work closely with senior operations managers to deliver business objectives 
• Maintain relationships with key agency partners 
• Supervise a team of two marketing coordinators

Local Marketing Specialist

My background's a bit of a mixed bag. Corporate marketing, startups, and six years building businesses across various industries. Some worked, most didn't.

What ties it all together? A love for business and ‘attempting’ to find creative solutions to tricky problems.

These days, I'm exploring how to make complex stuff simpler and more efficient. Nothing concrete yet, so always on the lookout for new problems and perspectives.  

A great day for me is learning something new, tackling an interesting problem, and having a laugh with good people.
