𝗧𝗟𝗗𝗥: After serving as VP of Data Science at Fi and Associate Director of Machine Learning at Wayfair, I founded Lambda League in Nov 2023. I now help businesses recruit and build their own tech teams. 📖 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲… I started my career as a full stack Software Engineer in 2015, transitioning into Machine Learning in 2017. Since then, I've held various machine learning IC and leadership roles at Fi, Wayfair, Trunk Club, and GoHealth. I've built and managed data teams ranging from 2 to 15. I most recently served as VP of Data Science at Fi, before leaving to found Lambda League. 🚀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗱𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲… I founded Lambda League to solve the inefficiencies I faced as a technical hiring manager when trying to build my own teams, as well as the challenges faced by candidates in a highly congested job market.
