Strongco Corporation is a major multiline mobile equipment dealer with operations across Canada. Strongco sells, rents and services equipment used in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, mining, oil and municipalities, waste management and forestry.

Reduced Equipment inventory by $50 million improving the company cash position by an equivalent amount, reducing curtailment and interest payments and improving equipment availability. 

Lead several procurement and logistics management projects (including directing and issuing RFPs and negotiations) in indirect spend reducing the company's costs anywhere from 5-20% in the areas of transportation purchases, industrial supplies, cellular, print, HVAC, waste management, records retention, office supplies and equipment, fleet management services (both light duty and service fleet), GPS, uniform rental, copier rental and services.

Initiated, negotiated and directed a number of parts returns, expedited freight and land cost reductions which provided approximately $2M in cost savings. 

Continually challenged the delivery supply chain of parts to our branches and customers improving lead times by several days to all locations.  Initiated and reviewed 3PL solutions to improve parts and delivery standards.
