Working in a growth role for Wunderman Thompson, my responsibility is to help clients harness the power of their marketing technology, collaborating with our creative and design agencies to deliver exceptional experiences. 

Responsibilities and achievements include :

- Working across multiple agency/vendor sales stages from RFP to final pitch, for global clients across multiple industries - notable clients wins include ABB, Shell, Sainsbury's, Boots, Pentland Brands, Fresenius, Helena & PMI.
- Successfully helped craft the story, estimations and overall programme of work to win both CX and Technology work for ABB - the biggest client for Wunderman Thompson Tech in 2020 - £2m+ in the first year.
- Deep understanding across content & experience technology, digital strategy & operations, creative, user experience. Worked on multiple multi-disciplinary projects across multiple agencies - UX, CX, Tech.
- Working alongside our marketing team to create and publish content
- Helped drive internal transformation & change as Cognifide became part of Wunderman Thompson and changed into Wunderman Thompson Tech.
- Managed both client and partner relationships - Adobe, Magnolia, Sitecore - helping develop the go to market strategy, leading partner sales plays and driving internal knowledge.
- Nominated for BIMA 100 Business Developers & Marketeers 2021.
- Volunteered in school outreach programmes and charity drives for 'shoebox' appeals.

•	Sales lead for Sales Director for Spica, 2-year-old start-up, IBM Business Partner.
•	Holistic global business development – pilot to production model (lifecycle of product).
•	Complete Account responsibility - built partnerships from ground up with multi-million pound companies such as Mitie, Interserve, Sodexo, BAM - relationships held throughout all levels of Facilities Management business.
•	Skilled in presenting to C-Suite and Director level – Focusing on business-led outcomes and ROI. 
•	Proposal, tender and bid writing.
•	Managed end to end marketing and lead generation projects.

Account Manager - Secondment from IBM UK Ltd

Recruiting new, and working with, current business partners to develop an Internet of Things Ecosystem, creating an Instrumented, Interconnected and Intelligent world.
In addition, I am working with Spica Technology to build opportunities for both IBM + Spica
I am also undergoing training in the form of IBM Global Sales School - IBM Global Sales School is an internationally recognised, certified sales learning program.

Business Development Manager - Internet of Things - Watson IoT Europe Team

•	Worked within i2 visual analytics brand.
•	Responsibilities included in-depth general and technical brand and company knowledge.
•	Built extensive client-facing skills, geared towards sales and pre-sales.
•       Demoed products, aided enablements and proof of concepts
•	Leadership role on Lancaster University Campus team, which involved organising events and   overseeing various tasks within the team. 
•       Organised and ran successful Red Rose Business Weekend – Assessed and awarded two students consulting experience days.

Client Technical Specialist

•	Worked in Claims Operations Team. 
•	Responsibilities included data analysis, business administrational tasks and working alongside Project Management Office and Business Change. 
•	Ownership of projects included liaising with database suppliers to reduce fees and implement new systems and contracts.
•	Analysed and reduced the amount of expenditure involved with PO Boxes within the company. 
•	Assisted with assessing graduates at the assessment centre.

•	Undertook a two-week voluntary internship for the Minister of Civil Societies, Nick Hurd MP. 
•	Responsibilities included liaising with the Conservative Headquarters, compiling information for briefings, and creating databases.

•	Responsibilities included administrational tasks, such as filing letters, researching projects, concise note taking and inputting in meetings and dealing with constituent’s complaints and queries.

8+ years experience working with global clients across multiple industries, to help bridge the gap between Creative, Design and Technology and achieve their businesses goals through harnessing the power of Marketing Technology. Notable clients include Shell, ABB, Sainsbury’s Bank, Walgreen Boots, Capgemini, PMI, Adobe and many more. Working together with Superunion New York, the PMI Most Influential Projects website was nominated for a 2021 Webby Award for best website, one of only five nominees.
