Kape Technologies

Kape was a listed (later privatised) technology company that owned ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and PrivateInternetAccess.

I led the merger within my departments (Social & Inbound Marketing; Outsourcing Support) between the 3 brands. 

As Department Head for Social & Inbound Marketing (SIM) and Outsourcing Service Chapter (OSC) at internal grade of Associate Director, I was in charge of:
1. Overseeing global content marketing campaigns for all brands
2. Managing marketing agencies for all brands
3. Providing offshore marketing services for all brands via our internal agency
4. P&L for Organic Marketing 

During this time:
1. I led ExpressVPN to record profits via Organic marketing (90 million USD in 2022)

As Global Lead Editor at the rank of Associate Director, I led the multinational Content department (max size 20) across 4 locales.  I successfully developed the 1000 page Macau.com in 5 weeks and simultaneously maintains 7 other domains for Pear.  I was responsible for the day-to-day content management, editing and strategy across 7 domains & their corresponding apps with subject matter in travel, business, and lifestyle. 
 
My duties included:

1) Lead, train, expand and globalize the Content Department and its project teams;
2) Serve as final decision-maker and gatekeeper on editorial and content operational matters, including calendar, direction, style, and audience across 7 domains;

Jackee's duties included data collection, translation, quality control and document preparation for brand building and CRM projects for 's various clients, namely MNCs, with minor supervisory responsibilities.

In accomplishing these tasks, Jackee's achievements include:

1) Introduced and implemented the use of social media as a complementary tool in opinion data collection of senior executives reducing the need for cold calls, thereby enhancing efficiency by 10%.

2) Adopted and implemented the use of translation/transcription software for quality assurance purposes, and trained other Quality Controllers in this innovation, increasing efficiency by up to 5% with potential gains in accuracy at no additional cost to the company.

3) Edited the linguistic structure of the data collection tools used by a major financial information services provider client to improve its adaption to Asia-Pacific Region.
