I am a passionate and hardworking individual who has an interest within the Diversity and Inclusion sector as I have first-hand service user experience because I have a diagnosis of Autism and Dyspraxia. I have had fantastic support over the years, and I feel I want to give back and help others succeed and fulfil their full potential. I would welcome any opportunities to work within the Diversity and Inclusion sector. As an Undergraduate student at the moment studying Education Studies and Inclusion at John Moores University I am actively looking for work experience or internships within the Diversity and Inclusion Sector to further my career goals. With my understanding and depth that I have developed through a lived experience I can bring these skills that I have learned throughout my journey to the workplace to innovate and hopefully change the way in which people perceive disability and other issues within the Diversity and Inclusion Sector. In addition to this I am quick thinking and can empathise with people in positions such as myself and I can draw upon my experience to be dynamic and develop strategies to enable people to succeed.
