•	Manage internal control systems & procedures. Created and maintained department procedure manuals.
•	Prepare financial statements.  
•	Ensure accurate, complete, and timely maintenance of general ledger activity.  
•	Provide support to site managers. (12 locations)
•	Prepare & review work papers for auditors: financial audit, work comp audit, 403b audit.  
•	Identify and lead process improvement efforts.  
•	Set up Time & Attendance module in TimeForce. (Administrator)
•	Set up Payroll module in OSAS.
•	Researched accounting platforms and selected a new system for implementation.
•	Manage the entire accounting cycle:  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (Medical Assistance, County, Vocational Rehabilitation, grants, and self-pay), Cash Receipts, Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, Payroll (including subminimum wage), General ledger, month end balancing workbook, and year end close.  
•	Reporting: 941, MN & FL Unemployment, MN Revenue, W2s, 1095-C, 1099-Misc, MN sales tax, preparing functional expenses for the 990.
•	Monitored self-insured medical plan.
•	Key Programs: OSAS, Microsoft Office, TimeForce (administrator)

Controller

•	Accounting Cycle: Accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, investment reconciliations, general ledger, adjusting entries, payroll. 
•	Reporting: payroll taxes, sales tax, W-2’s and 1099’s, financial reports.  
•	Implemented shift from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online, which allowed more users access to the data.
