Develop mutually beneficial relationships through face-to-face visits with physician, nurses, referral coordinators, practice managers, schedulers, and all staff at current and potential referral sources.
Leads communication with potential partners to reach mutual agreements between The Center and new partners, including school districts and nonprofit organizations
Create and maintain database of community partners and resources.
Identifies provider needs and concerns and utilizes strong troubleshooting skills to offer solutions and to discover and minimize obstacles preventing provider referrals.
Acts as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build the reputation of the company and services.
Create marketing collateral, including one-sheeters and presentations, to highlight programs.
Reaches out to clients through outside marketing, such as drop-ins, phone calls, emails, networking, etc.
Leads development of strategic partnerships with Bexar County School Districts including public schools, charter schools, and academies
Deliver presentations at various speaking engagements to educate the public about The Center
Community outreach activities including delivering presentations at community events to raise awareness about The Center

Community Referral Liaison

Develop prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, etc.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships by delivering elite client service
Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients
Develop project budgets and proposals
Work with internal project managers/program directors to create RFPs/SOW/quotes
Owning territory and verticals, while collaborating with global sales team

Director of Business Development

Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts, while building relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Client-facing account manager for multi-billion dollar clients, responsible for $40 million annual budget
Lead discovery calls with potential and existing clients to determine the ROI, strategy, and products needed for successful campaign completion. Clients included AWS, Bloomberg, and Hyatt.
Responsible for entire life-cycle from scoping, quoting, launching, and management of all personnel and departments involved
Establish and maintain client relationships by nurturing the account, while increasing annual revenue
Some travel to on-site conventions and client visits
