I enjoy working with leaders on questions that bring system change, organizational improvement, and personal growth. With a background in both commercial and academic organisations, I am an experienced leader with strategic design, development, and delivery expertise. My specialism is social psychology, always looking at the human side of change. II hold a keen interest in communication, social influence, human flourishing, resilience, well-being, and personal effectiveness. I understand the people-side of strategy and what it takes to engage and persuade others within healthy, respectful relationships. I have sat on leadership teams and enjoy the strategic development of viable, relevant, and impactful organisations. As an educator, whether designing and delivering programmes, facilitating groups, or providing individual coaching, I see transformation as the goal of learning. Taking learners on a transformation journey is the most rewarding experience, seeing them flourish and take up their full potential as ethical and responsible leaders is magical. I have studied systems and complexity and believe in the power of critical thinking, reflection, and inquiry as leadership superpowers. We don't need more answers, we need to be asking better questions - taking time to listen and engaging in conversation.
