I work with small to corporate businesses to create & develop their strategy. Businesses need a clear and fully developed strategy, including their Purpose, Vision, Mission, Strategic Objectives and Goals. If they don't have a clear strategy, they don't progress and achieve their goals. I work with leadership teams to uncover their unconscious biases that reduce company diversity I coach women (and some men) to be more confident & train them in assertive communication skills I train people throughout an organisation to understand differences in male and female communication, leadership, decision making and people management styles. This removes gender bias to allow recognition of the value each style brings to the business and its bottom line. As part of this, I help people (male and female) recognise where their gender bias may be impacting their views of others & their decisions My work is grounded in over 20 years experience with international brands such as Nike and Clarks shoes, where strategy was a huge part of my roles. I am passionate about women having a stronger voice in the business world: - Being heard - Being respected - Having influence and impact.
