•	Stood up the Fox Factory Frontiers sustainability & ESG strategy, supported by a 360-materiality assessment, publishing the first ever sustainability report in 2022 followed by an articulation of 2030 aspirations and completion of CDP and TCFD disclosures in preparation for impending climate-related regulatory compliance.
•	Spearheaded the annual employee feedback survey process, owning YOY action planning and accountability measures.
•	Launched a global employee recognition platform to celebrate milestones and achievements throughout the organization.
