Quantedge Foundation Singapore (QFS) is a philanthropic foundation in Singapore that strives to foster a more inclusive and resilient society, where everyone has equal access to transformational opportunities that enable them to achieve their full potential.

We believe that philanthropy is uniquely positioned to take on calculated risks with innovative, untested approaches to address social issues. To complement our existing work to improve upward social mobility in Singapore, we have set up a novel platform that we call the Philanthropreneur-in-Residence (PIR) programme to “crowd in” current and future social sector champions, and incubate and catalyse the scaling of their best ideas to create outsized impact.

The Resident will be advising other Residents supported by QFS on matters that can include (but are not limited to) strategy, fundraising, marketing, and communications.

The Council’s main roles are:
To provide advice and feedback to the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) on social concerns related to problems arising from gambling
To execute Casino Exclusions and Visit Limits in accordance with the Casino Control Act and within prevailing policies on casino social safeguards.
To support and implement effective programmes with regard to:
Public education and outreach on problem gambling
Public communications and consultation of stakeholders on gambling related issues
Responsible gambling practices by legalised gambling operators
Research into problem gambling
Prevention and treatment services for problem gamblers and their families
MSF provides Secretariat support to the Council.

Member of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG)

The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) was convened in August 2005 as part of Singapore's national framework to address problem gambling. It works with the community to reduce the impact of problem gambling on individuals, families and society.

The Youth Sub-Committee brings together persons with expertise in youth, social gaming, marketing and communications, and has the following roles:
a) Advise the NCPG on problem gambling prevention among youth;
b) Review and advise the NCPG on outreach to youth via campaigns, programmes and other messaging platforms; and
c) Identify emerging trends and recommend approach to tackle the issues.

Youth Chapter has merged back into the main committee as of August 2023.

The Partner Advisory Councils (PACs) are a global cohort of partners who feel passionately about the future of the Solutions Partner Program at HubSpot and who currently serve as a leader within a HubSpot partner organization. We’re specifically looking for folks who can help continue to elevate the Solutions Partner Program at HubSpot and bring a diverse perspective.

In 2021, we will have five geo-specific PACs to help understand and drive value in each region: North America, Latin America, EMEA, Australia and New Zealand, and South-East Asia and India. Each PAC will bring a fresh perspective to HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program, and will act as a sounding board for the company as we continue to improve the program in the future.

HubSpot’s PAC, founded in 2017, is comprised of regional-based groups that meet quarterly to discuss topics ranging from new products, programmatic changes, playbooks, and our go-to-market strategy with the partner program. We lean heavily on our PAC to represent the voice of the partner community.  And we look to this group to provide an insightful and honest partner perspective on major decisions that impact the future of our program.

The Partner Connection Fund is an enabler fund that helps jumpstart the dating industry by encouraging new entrants and supporting players in their efforts to upgrade and professionalise themselves. 

SDNTrust Accreditation Framework
The framework comprises a Code of Professional Conduct and Accreditation Criteria and Standards for dating agencies  It sets the benchmark for dating agencies and practitioners to attain high standards of professionalism and service delivery to singles. The legacy of SDN’s expertise will also be passed on to the local dating industry through the SDNTrust Mark, which will be awarded to accredited dating agencies.

Jackie Lee was the CEO and Founder of Hardware Zone (HWZ) since 1998. During his term, he has founded HardwareZone.com which is the No.1 Technology portal and HWM (HardwareMAG.com) which is a Leading Technology Monthly magazine in SE Asia. HWM now publish 5 editions in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines. 

HWZ was then acquired by the then SGX Mainboard-listed Singapore Press Holdings.(SPH is the leading media organization in Singapore, with one of the region's most advanced printing assets. It is licensed to publish 17 newspapers in four languages in Singapore and together, these have a circulation of more than one million copies a day. SPH also publishes and produces more than 100 magazines titles in Asia)  in 29th September 2006. He continued to run as CEO and as a part of SPH Magazines Senior Management to Dec 2010.

15 years of experience gained from managing digital and magazines businesses across 5 markets - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and China. Jackie went on to further develop his interest on the performance marketing arena and started clickTRUE. 

clickTRUE Pte Ltd is the 1st company in SE Asia to receive dual accreditations as a Google Analytics Certified Partner and Google AdWords Certified Partner and also the 1st Yahoo! Platinum Search Marketing Agency in SE Asia. He successfully leads a management buyout of clickTRUE in Dec 2010 and started an investment holdings, Kyosei Ventures. Grew S$1k to S$7.1million (>7,000 bagger) and then grew the clickTRUE to a S$12.5million management consultancy business (>10 bagger)
