Deem, Inc.

Developed program management for Deem’s top initiatives across their US and India offices and remote teams. Managed staff communication on progress of initiatives, changes to resources, timelines, milestones, and risks. Managed high-profile customer projects that involved Engineering & Product project management planning in JIRA and close collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing.

Senior Manager, Program Management

Responsible for the program management of Deem's Car Service business. Responsibilities included running stakeholder meetings with a cross-functional team of 30+, monitoring cross-functional projects, and keeping Products, Pro Services, Sales, and Marketing tracking to agreed upon deliverables and revenue goals. Supported sales and business development efforts by owning the marketing content for the Deem Car Service platform. Content creation included case studies, webinars, email campaigns, video, website, and conferences.

Sr. Manager, Marketing and Sales Operations

Directly managed Partner Operations, Content Operations, and Account Management teams for Deem’s Offers business. Responsible for providing operational solutions to internal and external partners with the intent to maximize revenue streams. Managed merchandising, operations, sales, and editorial teams to analyze and optimize offer quality, streamline sales process, and deliver high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns.

Manager of Partner & Content Operations

Managed the post-launch day-to-day relationships and operations for our Offers business's channel partners JP Morgan Chase, American Express Serve, Google, Foursquare, and Amazon. Defined and implemented operational processes and client requirements to ensure smooth partner launches. Supported our partners’ operational needs and communicated desired product enhancements, tracked and reported bugs in JIRA, and provided training sessions to help partners utilize Deem’s platform.

CBS Interactive

Managed CBS Interactive's $16 million barter program across all CBSi properties. Responsible for all barter partnerships and the day to day account management of the program's campaigns. Generated leads and proposals for new strategic partnerships and deals with the goal of creating meaningful contact between CBSi's brands and target audiences.

Partnerships Manager

Supported the Network Solutions Partnerships Manager in planning, executing and monitoring all online advertising programs for CBS Interactive’s Barter and Self-Service clients. Analyzed past campaigns to execute future campaigns more effectively and efficiently (cost, reach, etc.).

Appointed Campaign Manager by the VP of Client Services for the annual Army National Guard campaign on CBSSports.com. This cross-channel campaign brought in over $1.4 Million in revenue and served over 82MM impressions over an 8-month period.

Program Coordinator

Supported sales teams and Partnerships Manager in planning, executing and monitoring online advertising programs for CBS Interactive’s Barter and International clients. Coordinated over 30+ campaigns at a time.

Tracked impression delivery, created and provided performance reports, and made optimization recommendations to ensure full delivery of campaigns.

Assisted in the preparation of sales proposals and client presentations, collected research information and inventory availability, trafficked creative, specified creative deadlines and technical specifications.
