Between June 2018 and March 2024 I ran a small digital marketing, tech and website support business as an experienced freelance virtual assistant and certificated email marketing specialist. 

I worked mainly with established coaches, therapists and consultants in the UK, Ireland and Europe. All of the skills I acculmulated are transferable to any online business and are utilised in my part time Heritage Charity Manager role.

My thirty + year career has been incredibly varied, working indoors and out, behind screens and hands on, leading and supporting.

I've worked with, supported and led people from all walks of life and sectors and have two businesses under my belt.

I like to go deep; I'm a lifelong student of astrology, tarot, holistic therapies and most recently,  Human Design and nutrition. I'm currently working with Jason Christoff on overcoming self sabotage and mind control.
