The following is a selection of my career highlights: ☑️ Served as Principal Consultant for organizations including the International Olympic Committee (IOC), lululemon athletica, Rocky Mountaineer, London 2012, Sochi 2014, Toronto 2015, FIFA Women's World Cup 2015, and Rio 2016. ☑️ Delivered lululemon’s highest-impact event with 15K guests and a $6.5M+ budget, increasing YOY revenue by 17% and earned reach growth from 3M to 700M+. ☑️ Directed teams as part of 5 Olympic Games, including the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games and the Lillehammer 2016 Youth Olympic Games, with a US$50M budget. ☑️ Spearheaded a 4.5-year, organization-wide operational planning process for 35 functional areas and 25 venues for the successful delivery of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. ☑️ Grew a new, relatively inexperienced team of 3 to a highly effective team of 19 brand experience professionals with virtually no turnover in 4+ years.
