Property Development and Investment Finance at Commonwealth Bank of Australia

My role was responsible for providing customised products and services for customers with commercial finance and wealth management needs within a designated portfolio within Sydney's Inner West. The portfolio contained clients from varies industries, mainly compiled of SME's. I also had a concentration of client's who are involved in the construction industry, property development and property investment.

My role was responsible for actioning leads for customers requiring new commercial lending within an Australia wide portfolio.  The position deals directly with prospective and existing customers by telephone or online referrals, and identifying key requirements and recommending the most appropriate lending solution and credit requirements.

After a few months of excellence there, I also became an assistant to my Team Leader/BA on projects that were conducted. Projects included implementing an excellence and training program, time capturing analysis, and issues and correction log.
